A different way to buy

iBluSend supplies software around a customer-owned Mac and iPhone. The current FAQ names Follow Up Boss alongside other CRM options and says capabilities vary by integration. An agent should therefore ask for that connector’s actual walkthrough rather than rely on the richer HighLevel feature list.

Select the plan deliberately

Solo is $39 monthly for one line and one CRM connection, without API access. Starter is $79 and includes two iMessage lines and 10,000 monthly webhook/API events. Pro and Agency increase allowances and add tools. Hardware and carrier service remain separate expenses.

Keep the service running

The provider recommends a compatible Mac mini and iPhone kept connected. Establish where those devices will live and who handles updates or disconnections. A team evaluating this model should include a weekend recovery plan. The published capacity estimates are provider guidance, not messaging volume measured by Showing Notes.
