Understanding the inbound-first plan before connecting property inquiries and follow-ups.

Browse practical guides →
A lead arriving in a CRM does not necessarily mean the texting workflow is inbound-only.

Define the starting point

Sendblue’s AI Agent plan is $100 per line monthly and inbound-first. Full outbound is quoted under Enterprise. A brokerage receiving a web inquiry and then texting the visitor may need outbound capability, even though the sales team calls the lead inbound. Describe that exact sequence when requesting the plan.

Rehearse the reply

The product promotes a shared inbox, API and CRM integrations. Use a demonstration to follow a viewing question from first response through a reassignment to another agent. Inspect where a colleague sees the latest message and how a follow-up sequence stops after the client replies.

Know the trial boundary

The sandbox has ten verified contacts and excludes webhooks. It cannot establish the whole production integration on its own. Ask for a supported pilot with the required incoming events and a written quote including your line count. This review is based on public pages, not measured delivery or brokerage results.
